How to Build a Functional Marketing Plan in Airtable

Jimmy Daly
April 8, 2021

The marketing team at Airtable creates quarterly plans in an Airtable base. From there, each team and individual create projects and tasks that roll up into that quarter's goals.

This ensures that all work is mapped against the team's strategy. If your work doesn't fit into the plan, it's time to chat with your manager about priorities. This system is great because it keeps everyone working on the same page and provides a clear view for management to see what's going on. The CMO, for example, can see everything from quarterly goals to day-to-day tasks, all in the same view.
