We're asking for your help here. This is among our most important initiatives each year. Your contribution goes a long way towards making the content industry a good place for all of us to work and grow careers in. 2023 has been a stressful and disruptive year—it's more important than ever that we provide our industry with the best data we possibly can.

We make the annual salary reports free and publicly available so that you can:

• benchmark your own salary
• negotiate a raise
• pay new hires market rates
• address pay gaps

A few other things before you fill this out:

• Please only fill this out if content marketing (either FTE or freelance) is your primary source of income.
• I know 2023 isn't over yet. Please take your best guess at your total pre-tax income for the year.
• Airtable forms don't work very on mobile. It's easiest to fill this out on a laptop/desktop.
• We'll publish this in early January 2024.
